What this website collects, and what happens to it.
What this site collects
This website collects information only when you choose to send it — through the enquiry form, the job application form, or a comment on a journal entry. That means your name, the contact details you provide, and whatever you write in the message.
What we do with it
Enquiries and applications are stored in this website's own database and emailed to our office so that someone can answer you. They are used to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. They are not sold, and they are not passed to third parties for marketing.
Comments
Comments on journal entries are moderated before they appear. The name you give is published with an approved comment; the email address you give is not — it is visible only to the site's administrators.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. If web analytics are enabled, they are used to understand which pages are read, and the spam protection on the forms (Google reCAPTCHA) sets its own cookies in order to work — Google's own privacy terms apply to those.
Retention and access
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as they are useful to the correspondence and to our records. If you would like what you sent us corrected or deleted, write to us and say so.
Contact
Questions about anything on this page should go to our registered office; the address is in the footer of every page.
